These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and i8game ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at i8game.bet. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the i8game platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision contained within these Terms, you must immediately cease using the i8game platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through i8game, including but not limited to: sports betting, live casino, slot games, virtual games, promotional offers, and all cashier transactions conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Use of the i8game platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by i8game or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for any third party.

i8game reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to players who do not meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years will be suspended immediately, and any balance held in such accounts will be returned to the payment method used for deposit, minus any winnings generated during the ineligible period.

To access real-money gaming features on i8game, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active account on i8game. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: All registration details, including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact information, must be truthful and verifiable. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your i8game username and password. You must notify i8game support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Non-transferability: Your i8game account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other individual under any circumstances.
• Pakistani residents: Players registering from Pakistan are subject to the same eligibility and verification requirements as all other players. Accepted identity documents include CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, and other government-issued photo identification.

i8game reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, subject to the return of any verified player balance.

i8game processes all player transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform:

• Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast interbank transfers. i8game does not accept payments originating from third-party accounts not registered in the player's own name.
• Minimum deposit starts from Rs 500. Minimum withdrawal thresholds are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of request.
• Withdrawal processing: All withdrawal requests are subject to a mandatory KYC verification check. Unverified accounts will not have withdrawal requests processed until identity documents have been reviewed and approved by the i8game compliance team.
• Source of funds: i8game reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds used for deposits, particularly where deposit volumes exceed defined thresholds under anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
• Currency: All balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Raast transactions, which settle natively in PKR.
• Transaction errors: If a deposit or withdrawal is credited or debited in error, i8game reserves the right to correct the error regardless of the time elapsed. Players must report suspected transaction errors to support within 30 days of the transaction date.

i8game does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside i8game's control.

i8game offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, PSL season promotions, and VIP cashback programmes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified, eligible players aged 21 and above. i8game reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion.
• One bonus at a time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonus structures — including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated wagering with other players, or exploitation of system errors — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential permanent account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonuses not claimed or wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are listed on each promotion's detail page.

i8game reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or terminate any promotional offer at any time. Players with active bonus balances at the time of a promotion's termination will be notified and their wagering requirements adjusted or credited at i8game's discretion.

All bets placed on i8game — including cricket, PSL, football, UFC, slots, live casino, and all other markets — are subject to the following general betting rules:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not valid until it has been confirmed by i8game's system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets placed during a technical outage may be voided.
• Odds changes: For sports markets, odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all markets. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and may vary by market, event, and account status.
• Void bets: i8game reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an error in odds pricing has occurred — for example, where odds were published substantially below or above their correct market value. Void bets are refunded to the player's account at the original stake amount.
• Results: For sporting events, results are determined based on official governing body announcements. i8game follows internationally recognised grading standards for all sports markets, including PSL and international cricket fixtures.

i8game's sportsbook and casino decisions on bet settlement are final and binding unless a verified technical error is identified by the platform's trading or compliance team following a formal player dispute.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the i8game platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Opening or operating more than one account on i8game.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or automated tools to place bets or interact with any part of the i8game platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any activity that artificially influences the outcome of a sporting or casino event.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing another person to use your account.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or otherwise extracting data from the i8game platform without written authorisation.

All content on the i8game platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, page layouts, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of i8game or its licensed third-party content providers, and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the i8game platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the i8game platform.
• Use the i8game brand, logo, or name in any context without prior written approval.
• Frame or mirror the i8game website on any other domain or platform.
• Create derivative works based on i8game platform content or game assets.

Any unauthorised use of i8game intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable civil and criminal law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, i8game, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the platform, including losses attributable to the inherent house edge of casino and sports betting products.
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, connectivity failures, or any other service disruptions that prevent access to the platform or result in the loss of a bet or session.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player has failed to maintain adequate security of their login credentials.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from the use of or inability to use the i8game platform.

i8game's total liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

i8game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the 21+ age eligibility requirement.
• At i8game's sole discretion, where the Company reasonably believes continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players.

Where an account is closed for a reason other than breach of Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances and associated winnings are non-withdrawable upon account closure due to a Terms breach.

i8game collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside this document. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification — including CNIC numbers, phone numbers linked to JazzCash or EasyPaisa accounts, and bank account details — is used solely for identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of the i8game service. This data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

i8game is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. The platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts to notify you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: Request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, login is disabled and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period as defined under i8game's responsible gaming policy.

The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page and reflects the version currently in force. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure that you remain aware of the current version. Continued use of the i8game platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, you have the right to close your account before the updated Terms take effect by contacting i8game support at [email protected].

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which i8game holds its international gaming license. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through i8game's internal dispute resolution process.

To raise a formal dispute, players should contact the i8game support team with a detailed written description of the issue. i8game commits to acknowledging all formal disputes within 5 business days and providing a substantive response within 28 days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under i8game's international gaming license framework. The decision of such a body shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
